Smart Force
Smart Force is a platform that gives state police departments a single mobile app bringing more than 30 police services directly to citizens — from tenant and employee verification to reporting and status tracking — while also giving departments the tools they need for their own day-to-day operations and strengthening internal security.
What it does for citizens
Smart Force replaces scattered offline processes with one app. Tenant verification and employee verification are two of its most-used citizen services — Goa Police is the first in the nation to bring this range of citizen-facing police services together into one integrated app.
What it does for the department
Beyond citizen-facing services, Smart Force gives officers internal security tooling and operational workflows, built as part of Goa Police's broader digital transformation.
Recognition
Smart Force was launched on 4 October 2025 by Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah. It's a first-of-its-kind project nationally, strengthening internal security while delivering citizen services directly — and multiple state police departments are now in discussion with SBT to adopt Smart Force.
